Hawker Hurricane Mk.I, sériové číslo P2569,trupové označení D, 73. peruť RAF, Francie, duben 1940. V kokpitu tohoto letounu přelétl dne 19. 4. F/Lt. R.E. Lovett, DFC z letiště Reims-Champagne na letiště Rouvres během bitvy o Francii. Stroj na spodních plochách nese nátěr barvou Modř kachních vajec (Duck Egg Blue), horní a boční plochy kryjí nepravidelná pole tmavou zelenou a tmavou zemitou (Dark Earth).

Gloster Gladiator Mk.I sériového čísla K7985 sloužil v srpnu 1937 u letky "B" 73. perutě RAF na letišti Digby. Tehdy na něm létal E. J. Kain, vynikající akrobat a budoucí první eso RAF. Stroj nese obvyklý hliníkový nátěr na všech plochách, barevný symbol perutě na trupu se opakoval také na obou polovinách horního křídla, zatímco sériové číslo se opakovalo na obou polovinách spodního křídla, přičemž na levé polovině bylo "vzhůru nohama" (dalo se přečíst, když letoun klesal přídí dolů, když byl přídí nahoru dalo se pro změnu přečíst číslo na pravé polovině křídla).
