Rozensteins, Hugo

General Hugo ROZENŠTEINS (L.k.o.k.) (11 Jul 1892 - 30 Jul 1941)
After service in the Russian Army, joined the Latvian Army as Captain on December 22, 1918. Arrested by the Russians in August 1940, he was sent to Moscow, tried and executed the following year.

1933 - Aug 1934: Commander, 3. Jelgava Infantry Regiment
Sep 1934 - Nov 1935: Deputy Chief of the General Staff

Nov 1935 - 7 Oct 1939: Commandant, War College
7 Oct 1939 - 25 Jun 1940: Chief of the General Staff
25 Jun 1940: Retired
