| Poznámka: Note: | 216. smíšená brigáda byla vytvořena 24. srpna 1937 v Daimielu. Brigáda byla přidělena k 67. divizi XX. armádního sboru ve Valdepeñas a její výstavba byla dokončena až v listopadu. Brigáda se zúčastnila bitvy u Teruelu a byla jednou z jednotek, které vstoupily do města. 17. ledna 1938 obsadila pozice na kótě 1 075, 1 051 a 963 Altos de Celadas a Concud a byla vystavena intenzivní dělostřelecké palbě, bombardování a kulometům nepřátelských letadel. A strong attack by the rebels on 19/1/1938 pushed back the 862nd battalion and shortly afterwards the 864th battalion, which lost its commander, Major Las Heras, captured by the enemy. In these battles, the brigade had 944 casualties, among them 43 non-commissioned officers and officers, brigade commissars and three battalion commissars.
